Meet OurTeam
We are a team of playful and energetic speech therapists! Together, we have over 50 years of combined experience evaluating and treating children with communication challenges in hospitals, rehabilitation centers, non-profit organizations, preschools, public schools, and homes. We are passionate about helping children AND families feel confident in developing new speech and language skills!
Our team has specialized training in PROMPT, Tethered Oral Tissues (TOTs), and the Lindamood-Bell approach to learning. We also provide bilingual speech therapy in both Spanish and English! We are committed to delivering the most effective therapy to each child and family that we work with.

Call us at (336) 837-4797 to share your concerns, get your questions answered, and schedule your first session. We will discuss billing and insurance coverage at this time.

We will begin with an evaluation to learn about your child's strengths, as well as what is most challenging for them. Together, we will create therapy goals to help them succeed.

The fun begins! We will meet with your child for weekly therapy sessions at our clinic, online, or at their daycare, preschool, or favorite community location.
Billing & Insurance
The Speech Lady is currently in-network with NC Managed Care Medicaid Plans including Amerihealth Caritas HealthyBlue of NC, WellCare of NC, UnitedHealthcare Community Plan, and Carolina Complete Health, as well as NC Medicaid Direct and NC Health Choice.
We also accept private pay clients. While we do not directly bill out of network insurances, we can help you with the reimbursement process by providing all necessary documentation.

We know that family schedules get busy, so we strive to make our speech therapy services as flexible and convenient as possible! You can join us at our clinic, meet us at the park, integrate speech therapy into a normal daycare/preschool day, or even log in to online therapy sessions from home.
The Speech Lady serves children and families in person in Winston Salem, Lewisville, Clemmons, Pfafftown, Kernersville, and Mocksville. Online services are available to all North Carolina residents.
