The Speech Lady is a small pediatric speech therapy practice that serves children and families in Winston Salem and surrounding areas of North Carolina. We find value in being a part of the community and working together with preschool/daycare teachers as well as families to provide the best possible therapy and outcomes for our clients. Certified Speech Language Pathologists (CCC-SLP)
Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellows (CF)

Requirements
-
Current License from NC Board of Examiners
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (or eligibility to begin your CFY)

Individual Medicaid Provider Number or NPI number preferred (needed prior to starting- we can help with this!)

Experience working with children and families
-
Ability to successfully and independently manage schedule and client appointments
Responsibilities
-
Provide consultations, screenings, evaluations, therapy, and caregiver coaching sessions in our office, at local preschools/child care settings, and in community settings in Winston Salem, NC and surrounding areas

Create thorough, accurate reports, plans of care, and therapy notes through an online documentation (EMR) system
